小作文的写作结构
1信件
信头
引言2句：表明身份 / 立场——表明来意
主体4句：主题句——分论点 1，2
结尾2句：总结句——套话

【注意点】
信头左顶格，通常是“Dear / You esteemed XX”，其后接逗号不同于汉语的冒号。称谓可以是头衔如 editor，manager，名如 Tom，Michael，,或 Mr. / Ms / Miss / Mrs + 姓 如 Mr. Wang，Mrs Clinton。对象不明时，可用尊称Sir / Madam或泛指To whom it mayconcern。
信尾右顶格分两行，第一行为客套话，第二行为签名不可写真实名字。客套话可用 Yours sincerely / faithfully 后跟逗号。签名位于客套话右下方，需使用题目中给出的名字 不可写真实名字。

结尾2句：任务要点——完成期限

抬头:Notice, Lost, Found, Contributions, Wanted, Acknowledgement, Correction, Poster; XXX Wanted
A ... is to be held for ... / by ...+时间. As it is meant to enhance communication between.../ help those in need / ..., we are badly in need of XXX to ensure that every thing would gosmoothly.
First and foremost, those who have relevant experience are preferred. Second, team spirit, diligence, and dedication are some of the qualities we desire. Other requirements include attendanceand good oral English.

小作文的命题类型包括：信函、备忘录、告示。其中话题范围包括: 申请信、求职信、拒绝信、邀请信、感谢信、道歉信、投诉信、慰问信、推荐信、 建议信、咨询信、祝贺信等。
小作文写作应遵循总分总结构告示和摘要除外，即:introduction-body-conclusion三段论。文章长度以7~8句为宜，尽量用简短的语句，并注意关联词、衔接词的运用，让阅卷者对你的文章结构及表意一目了然。
