But in our school, we only have a short night to rest, which I think it’s not good to us. I did asurvey in our school that collect the ideas about having a longer rest every week. Almost all students say that they need more time to rest and relax. Moreover, you canmake an adjustment for your review if necessary.Secondly, repeated training is so important that it can help you to better understand the knowledge of the error-prone. Thirdly, the teachershould reduce the amount of homework to improve the quality of review. That is so say, the teacher should give more time and freedom to students. Last but not the least, having a good rest alsoplays a dominant role during the reviewing process, for sufficient energy is the ensurance of efficient revision.
