It is the duty of every man to work. The life of a lazy man is of no use to himself and to others. The man who is too lazy to work is the man who's generally most ready to beg or to steal.Every boy when he is young should learn some useful work. But it is not enough that a boy should learn some kind of work. He should put his heart and soul completely into his work, and notwaste his spare time. "Work while you work and play while you play" is as good a rule for young people as for the old. There is no better help to diligence than the habit of early rising, whichjust like all other good habits is most easily formed in youth. There is an English saying, "Lost time never returns." My opinion about the relationship between diligence and success
Some people think that success comes from diligence while others agree that success has no link with diligence. From my point of view, diligence can help people succeed and vice versa. Thereare some reasons as follows.
Firstly, most people are biologically endowment
with almost the same I.Q. , but some of them get success owing to some important reasons among which it is diligence. For instance, a chinese famous mathematician Chen Jinrun’s greatachivements is his hard working on math.
Secondly, diligence may lead to success while laziness must result in failure. Success means that we fulfill a goal which is challenging、meaningful. If we can not try our best and beindustrious to realize the goal, how can we get success?
Lastly, If people succeed, they must pay for their efforts and time. Naturally, they will not be satisfied and want to get hold of
higher objectives so as to promote themselves in order to achieve their higher ranks or get more profits, etc. . Therefore, they will become more diligent to realize more success.
In a word, I hold the view that diligence can help people succeed and vice versa.

diligence is the key to success. it means persisting in one's work. it does not mean exerting ourselves all day and all night without rest, food and sleep. the true meaning of diligence is touse time carefully for the purpose of improvement, or to work persistently without wasting time.
iaziness makes us useless. if we do not study and work hard we shall not be able to earn a living in our community. there will be nothing we can do just because we have failed to learnanything by letting the time pass unused.
an english proverb says, "lost time is never found again." time is precious and is one of those many things that cannot be purchased with money. therefore, we must make good use of our timeand study hard when we am young. lazy hands make a man poor, while diligent hands bring wealth.
